The register of tractor, RV, and car dealers.

A verified record means the dealer has cleared a licence check, an unannounced on-site inspection, and an insurance review, and it shows the dates verification opened and was last renewed. Verification cannot be purchased.

The register also lists 15 dealerships awaiting inspection. Those records carry no licence number, rating, or reviews until an inspector has visited.

What a TrustTractor record means

Dealers pay a flat audit fee that covers the inspector's time. A failed check is not refundable into a pass, and we do not sell placement, advertising, or ranking.

Read the full standard
  1. Step 01

    Licence and registration check

We pull the state dealer licence, business registration, and tax ID and confirm all three resolve to the same legal entity.

  2. Step 02

    On-site inspection

An inspector visits the lot or workshop unannounced, photographs the premises, and confirms stock and staffing match the listing.

  3. Step 03

    Insurance and complaint history

Liability cover is validated with the carrier, and we review state complaint filings and any unresolved disputes from the last five years.

  4. Step 04

    Annual re-audit

Every record expires. Dealers re-clear the full check each year, and a failed re-audit removes the listing the same day.

Recent customer testimony

Tied to a confirmed purchase order

Hour meter matched the paperwork exactly

I drove two hours to look at a used 5075E and they had the full service history printed and waiting. No pressure, no surprise fees at signing. The loader was re-pinned before delivery without me having to ask.

They came out to the farm on a Sunday

Hydraulic line let go mid-harvest. Their field tech was in my yard within four hours and had me running again the same evening. That kind of backup is why I keep buying here.

Good machine, slow on the title

Tractor itself was exactly as described and the trade-in offer was fair. Title paperwork took about a week longer than promised, though they kept me updated.

Walkthrough took two and a half hours

They did not rush the orientation. Every valve, breaker, and slide was demonstrated twice and they made me operate it myself before handing over the keys. First-time buyers, and we left feeling confident.

Honest about a soft spot they found

The used coach I wanted failed their own moisture test and they told me instead of selling it to me. Ended up in a different unit for slightly more. Respect for that.

Warranty work handled without a fight

Refrigerator failed six weeks in. They filed the claim, gave me a loaner fridge for the trip I had booked, and never once suggested it was my fault.
