Walkthrough took two and a half hours
They did not rush the orientation. Every valve, breaker, and slide was demonstrated twice and they made me operate it myself before handing over the keys. First-time buyers, and we left feeling confident.
Honest about a soft spot they found
The used coach I wanted failed their own moisture test and they told me instead of selling it to me. Ended up in a different unit for slightly more. Respect for that.
Warranty work handled without a fight
Refrigerator failed six weeks in. They filed the claim, gave me a loaner fridge for the trip I had booked, and never once suggested it was my fault.
